What happens after I pay for a Strategy Session?

You'll receive a confirmation email with a link to schedule your private 60-minute session. During the call, we'll discuss your family's specific situation, answer your questions, and outline clear next steps. A written summary and action plan follow within two business days.

How is the University Blueprint different from the Strategy Session?

The Strategy Session is a single focused conversation. The University Blueprint is a comprehensive, written plan that covers academics, admissions, college funding, financial aid, scholarships, and a personalized timeline. It's ideal when you want a complete roadmap rather than advice on one topic.

What does Guided™ monthly support include?

Guided provides ongoing partnership throughout the school year. It includes academic advising, semester planning, course registration support, degree audit reviews, GPA strategy, transfer planning, financial aid guidance, scholarship support, priority email access, and quarterly strategy meetings. Support is tailored to your student's current grade and goals.

How do I qualify for Concierge™?

Concierge is offered by invitation only to a limited number of families each year. If you believe your family would benefit from dedicated advisory support, click 'Request an Invitation' and share a bit about your situation. Our team will review and follow up to schedule a private consultation.

Can I switch between service levels?

Yes. Many families begin with a Strategy Session or the University Blueprint and later move into Guided or Concierge. Any paid amount can typically be applied toward a more comprehensive engagement. We'll discuss the best path during your consultation.

Are these services only for Florida families?

Not at all. While we have deep expertise with Florida Bright Futures and in-state planning, we work with families across the country. All sessions are available online, and our funding and admissions strategies are adapted to your state and target schools.

What is your refund policy?

Strategy Sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. For the University Blueprint and Guided engagements, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis because work begins immediately. If we haven't yet started deliverables, a full refund is typically available.

How do I schedule my first meeting?
